This is me speaking in our newsroom when our union celebrated 20 years as a local of the Newspaper Guild. I am wearing a guild T-shirt and the $3 pinned to me protests the company's refusal to pay "night differential" ($3 extra per shift for those who work nights) to copy editors who transferred from another site. This was pretty fun. We ordered a cake and party hats and celebrated right in the middle of the newsroom.
